Acciona is searching for a Senior Project Lawyer to join the E6 Ranheim - Værnes, Trondheim.
Mission:
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her business unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, so that his/her work will enhance decision-making processes and processes involving the project’s execution and provide the internal client with added value through his/her professional performance.
The main goal is to ensure that the organization complies with the legal and regulatory requirements in the country in which it operates. The duties include providing legal consulting and support in areas related to the business including corporate law.
Required Skills and Competencies
Responsibilities
Draft and revise agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
Support and monitoring of disputes in the courts
Coordination of the legal strategy of the project
Collaborate with management to devise efficient strategies
Analyze and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on the possible legal issues
Communicate and negotiate with external parties
Qualifications
Master of Law degree or equivalent from a Norwegian or foreign university with solid academic credentials
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, construction law, and public procurement law
Admitted to the bar with necessary certificates to practice law in Norway (preferably)
3-5 years of experience within the construction business (preferably)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency in both Norwegian and English
Strong integrity and work ethics
