The positionBy joining our team in Legal you will have the opportunity to:
Become a trusted advisor within the corporate team, engaging and providing advice and support in our Norwegian and international activities within areas such as company law and governance, finance and financing, accounting, and securities legislation and capital markets regulations
Participate in and advice on financial market transactions such as bond issuances and credit agreements
Engage in structured financing transactions, including project financing of e.g. renewable projects
Provide advice and support within other areas where LEG COR supports corporate staffs and functions

Master of law or Cand. Jur. with strong academic qualifications
A licence to practice as a lawyer
At least 5 years experience from law firm, in-house legal work, financial institutions or other relevant roles
Good knowledge and experience with relevant corporate law, and an interest for company law and legal aspects relating to governance, finance and financing, accounting and capital markets.
Excellent writing skills as well as effective verbal communication and influencing skills
International mindset and good collaboration skills
High integrity
Fluent English speaker
