The Legal division of Allente today consists of four lawyers being responsible for legal and compliance, cross Nordics, and lead by the Chief Legal Officer. We’re now aiming to fill a vacant position . The position will be in Stockholm or Oslo, but some international travel should be expected.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will provide clear, practical, and efficient legal services within competition law to the Allente group of companies, including preparations and support for board meetings.

• You will also engage with the various business units and divisions of Allente in their day-to-day work and proactively provide legal advice and support mainly related to marketing and consumer law as well as general contractual law/sourcing (hardware, software, and services) and IPR.

• As part of Legal division, you will contribute to safeguard and promote a strong overall compliance and governance culture.

• Stakeholder management and responding to requests from public authorities are also included in your responsibilities.

• Reporting directly to Chief Legal Officer.

Qualifications:

• You hold a Swedish/Norwegian law degree and have at least 5-10 years practical experience (law-firm, in-house and/or competition authority).

• You possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience from competition law as well as marketing and consumer law, preferably related to the media industry.

• You have proven working capacity, ability, and flexibility to handle periodically heavy workloads.

• You communicate effectively both orally and in writing and have excellent presentation skills (English).

• You make things happen by taking responsibility for the task and the output.

• You interact and cooperate well with people from other professional environments and cultures.
